Terms & conditions
Last updated August 2026
1. Membership
A membership grants the right to use one allocated seat during the allotted time slot for the period paid for. It does not confer any tenancy, ownership or transferable right. Membership is personal and cannot be assigned to another person.
2. Fees
Fees are payable in advance. The applicable fee, billing cycle, grace period and any late fee are those shown on your invoice and in your portal at the time of joining or renewal. Fee revisions apply from your next renewal, never retrospectively to a period already paid.
3. Payment and receipts
Payments may be made in cash, by UPI, bank transfer or online. Every payment is issued a uniquely numbered receipt. Part payments are accepted; the outstanding balance remains due. A payment recorded in error is corrected by a reversal or refund entry, never by deletion.
4. Grace period and lapse
If an invoice is unpaid after the due date, the grace period shown on your plan applies. Once the grace period ends a late fee may be charged and the membership may be treated as lapsed. On lapse the seat returns to the available pool and may be allocated to another member.
5. Refunds
Fees paid are generally non-refundable, including where a member discontinues before the end of the period. A refundable security deposit, where collected, is returned after adjusting any dues and the cost of any damage. Exceptions are at the sole discretion of the management.
6. Leave
Members may apply for leave through the portal. Approved leave records absence but does not by itself reduce or extend fees, unless the centre has published a leave-adjustment policy and it is applied to your case.
7. Seat allocation and transfer
Seat allocation is at the discretion of the centre and is subject to availability. The centre may reallocate a seat for operational reasons, including maintenance, with reasonable notice. A member may request a change of seat, which is granted subject to availability.
8. Conduct
Members must follow the centre rules and guidelines. The centre may suspend or terminate a membership without refund for serious or repeated breach, for behaviour that disturbs other members, or for damage to property.
9. Access and timings
Access is limited to the allotted time slot. The centre may change opening hours, close on notified holidays, or shut temporarily for maintenance or reasons beyond its control, without liability.
10. Personal property
Members are responsible for their own belongings. The centre is not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal property on the premises, whether or not a locker is provided.
11. Data
Personal information and documents are handled as described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
12. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. The version published on this page applies. Material changes will be notified to active members.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at the location of the centre.
